“Indigo: Ink to Blood” is the story of a young Japanese woman who is tattooed from head to foot, rolled up in a rug and dumped on the streets of New York, with no memory of how she got there. All she knows is that somebody is trying to find her and kill her, and the only protection she has are the tattoos on her body, which are slowly coming to life.

This is the first in the “Ring of Fire” series about a girl (Indigo) who escapes from a cult of assassins who control a magical, transformative ink.

“Indigo” is out on Amazon, Apple, Barnes & Noble, Kobo and Smashwords. Post a review at your favorite book site, and let me know what you think!

I wrote this counting book in the late 90s. Great fun and I’m sorry it’s out of print. I was lucky enough to get Steven Kellogg as my illustrator, so the book looks terrific. You can still find used copies out there if you look around!
